What's UX design mean?

UX (User eXperience) design is called user experience design. It is the process of enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by creating a product that is easy to use in the interaction between the user and product.

Why does UX design become important?

Today's usage of IT to reach customers is an indispensable trend that most of enterprises use, especially start-ups. With a color harmony and reasonable layout E-commerce website or a new application with a eye-catching interface, bright colors and easy to use; will bring good experience for customers. Then, more and more customers are using the service and products.

The purpose of this course is to provide a basic understanding of UX process.

Why do you need to learn UX design?

When the enterprises begin to understand the power of making a difference in product by providing a good user experience, they need a skilled UX design team. That has opened up a lot of good career opportunities for the people who are going to pursue this job.
You will be approaching customers regularly, it is an opportunity to find out the needs, interests and thoughts of customers about products and services. This will help you to create the beautiful and useful designs.

The tuition fee includes materials and certification.

10% of tuition fee for those who register and pay before the opening session before 10 days.

NOTES:

Students must complete the payment before course started, and latest at the opening session. BAC does not accept the payment after the opening day.
Exceptions: In cases of faulty payment process or students have committed to pay tuition fee after the opening day, BAC will accept as exceptions.

OTHER PROVISIONS

Reserve registered courses

After register and pay the tuition fee for the course, if students can not join the course, they should have official notification to BAC before the opening session. In this case, students will be reserved tuition and join the next course or switch to another BAC’s course in suitable requirements.

Opening Schedule Changes

In case of course could not start on schedule, BAC will send email to inform student the expected opening day.
If the new opening schedule is suitable for students' needs, BAC will reserve tuition fee. Students will continue to participate in the course.
If the new opening schedule does not meet students' needs, BAC will refund tuition fee.

Refund Policy

Tuition fees ARE NOT REFUNED.
If the new opening schedule does not meet students' needs, BAC will refund the tuition fee as followed processes:
- Students can receive refund by transfer or in cash.
- After the two sides have officially confirmed the cancellation of the course, the entire tuition will be refunded to students by BAC within a maximum of 3 working days.
- Students must return the receipt of tuition to BAC to complete the refund procedure.
