Why should I take the course?

Any activity in any company or organization follows a certain process no matter how it is effective. Applying business process to IT Solutions such as ERP, SCM, CRM is a big challenge between development providers and implementation providers in Staff management. This gap can turn out to be the determining factor of the success or failure of the project.

The core issue of BPM and BP skills lie in the techniques to construct business processes so that they can connect the managers with IT experts.

This course is born to assist both sides: IT Experts and Staff management.

How are courses designed?

The course’s curriculum is designed based on internationally-standardized BPM educational models which are partially adjusted by BAC and Mr. Phí Anh Tuân in accordance with real conditions in Vietnam. The program is also developed in alignment with real experience of top experts in business restructure consultancy. This collaboration serves to provide fundamental knowledge of BPM as well as how to apply it to business scenarios.

Day 1: Overview of BPM and strategies to approach a BPM project
Day 2: Business Process Architecture
Day 3: Life-cycle of Business Process in implementing BPM
Day 4: Managing a BPM project
Day 5: Practical situations - Practice
Day 6: Effects of technologies on BPM in business structure
Day 7: Introduction of BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation) and experience on implementation
Day 8: A number of case studies
Day 9: Final assignment - Assessment

FULL TUITION FEE: 9,100,000 VND

The tuition fee includes materials and certification.
Materials are included notebook or/and pen.
Tuition fee IS EXEMPT from value added tax (VAT).

DISCOUNT POLICY

10% of tuition fee for those who register and pay before the opening session before 10 days.

NOTES:

Students must complete the payment before course started, and latest at the opening session. BAC does not accept the payment after the opening day.
Exceptions: In cases of faulty payment process or students have committed to pay tuition fee after the opening day, BAC will accept as exceptions.

OTHER PROVISIONS

Reserve registered courses

After register and pay the tuition fee for the course, if students can not join the course, they should have official notification to BAC before the opening session. In this case, students will be reserved tuition and join the next course or switch to another BAC’s course in suitable requirements.

Opening Schedule Changes

In case of course could not start on schedule, BAC will send email to inform student the expected opening day.
If the new opening schedule is suitable for students' needs, BAC will reserve tuition fee. Students will continue to participate in the course.
If the new opening schedule does not meet students' needs, BAC will refund tuition fee.

Refund Policy

Tuition fees ARE NOT REFUNED.
If the new opening schedule does not meet students' needs, BAC will refund the tuition fee as followed processes:
- Students can receive refund by transfer or in cash.
- After the two sides have officially confirmed the cancellation of the course, the entire tuition will be refunded to students by BAC within a maximum of 3 working days.
- Students must return the receipt of tuition to BAC to complete the refund procedure.
