Who are entirely suitable for the training course?

Business Analyst (BA) and Project Manager (PM) are the two most important positions in any software development/implementation project. Two positions can make big success for the project but also can become the weakest link make it failed. Many top reasons that make the project failed are:  Incorrect goal setting, Inefficient elicitation, Unrealistic planning, Misidentified scope and Lack of participation of users, etc.
 
The course is designed with goal of equipping knowledge and skills for trainees who are or will be appointed BA or PM position. They will have ability to set standards, process frameworks, coordinating work method in accordance to roles and responsibilities while ensuring efficiency to achieve success for the software development /implementation project.
 
The course is also consistent with trainees who are in one of two positions (BA or PM) want to add skills and knowledge in order to be responsible for the remaining position in production companies or Product Manager position.
 
For project manager or member in the software implementation project, the course will help them understand overall tasks from planning stage to finish stage.

How are courses designed?

For many years of experience in the software implementation projects under role of BA and PM, BAC’s Trainers would like to bring students practical knowledge based on international standards of BABOK and PMBOK.
 
The course is based on standards of International Project Management PMBOK® (Project Management Body of Knowledge) by USA Project Management Institute (PMI) and aligned with knowledge from the Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK® Guide 2.0)  provided by IIBA  and practical experience in BA/PM profession from Trainers.
 
The course is also based on simulation of product deployment process, demonstrated the role of BA and PM in each stage, and knowledge and experience should be applied to each stage to achieve effective and high quality.
 
Duration: 12 sessions in 36 hours (3 hours/session)

The course indicates how to build process of software development/implementation project. Differentiating role of BA and PM as well as support of two roles in each stage of the project, corresponding to each stage will have the proper documentation for BA /PM. OTHER PROVISIONS

Reserve registered courses

After register and pay the tuition fee for the course, if students can not join the course, they should have official notification to BAC before the opening session. In this case, students will be reserved tuition and join the next course or switch to another BAC’s course in suitable requirements.

Opening Schedule Changes

  • In case of course could not start on schedule, BAC will send email to inform student the expected opening day.
  • If the new opening schedule is suitable for students' needs, BAC will reserve tuition fee. Students will continue to participate in the course.
  • If the new opening schedule does not meet students' needs, BAC will refund tuition fee. 

Refund Policy

  • Tuition fees ARE NOT REFUNED.
  • If the new opening schedule does not meet students' needs, BAC will refund the tuition fee as followed processes:
    • Students can receive refund by transfer or in cash.
    • After the two sides have officially confirmed the cancellation of the course, the entire tuition will be refunded to students by BAC within a maximum of 3 working days.
    • Students must return the receipt of tuition to BAC to complete the refund procedure.

Le Thanh Trung

With over 15 years of experience in the field of Information Technology (IT) and 10 years working in management positions, Mr. Le Thanh Trung is currently a senior manager of VNG (Vinagame). He has held management roles in various fields such as Software Development Manager, Development Framework, Operation Management, Information Technology Infrastructure Management and Information Technology Management.

With in-depth knowledge of IT and management experience accumulated in the projects involved, lectures from Mr. Trung will deliver in-depth content as well as practical case - studies. He always gives students the interesting lectures with practical examples, which not only help to inspire passion for students, but also help students get useful information so that they can be apply immediately to their job.

Thao Hoang

With over 12 years of experience working in software development, in which: more than 3 years of acting role as a Project Manager; 6 years working as an IT Business Analyst with various IT business domains and around 3 years of software programming with mobile app and CMS platform. Also, she is working for many social and environmental projects. Her most outstanding achievement is becoming Co-founder of a social company that completed more than 100 educational campaigns and programs. Currently, Ms. Thao is in charging of Project Manager Business Analyst at Saigon Construction Corporation (SCC).

As a trainer at BAC, Ms.Thao brings students not only essential specialized knowledge but also valuable domestic and international experience accumulated from her previous work that not everyone has. Thereby, students will be equipped with skills to handle situations and the way how to apply tools to real work in a full and most complete way.

Le Van

He is also qualified Project Management Professional under Project Management Institute (USA). Mr. Le Van has more than 13 years of experience in project management, of which 3 years as Learning and Development (LD) Director of VEETEQ in project management system, environment management system and over 10 years as professional consultant/trainer in project management, environment management system, quality, energy management system. Mr. Le Van is one of the experts in professional project management, investment and project development. Moreover, Mr. Le Van is also a founder and managing director of VHD International Consulting Company since 2009 up to 2015.

With his seniority in project management, along with his extensive experience in training and project development, Mr. Le Van will certainly bring to students who join this Course at BAC training center with interesting lessons which are not only specialized in theory but also diverse in practical experience.
